About Don & Jayne
Don Kracke has been licensed in real estate for 29 years, and a broker for 26 years. He has significant experience in single family property listings, farm and land listings and sales. Over the years he has experience many different and sometime difficult situations during a real estate transaction. Don has learned many ways to keep the transaction intact and get the buyers and sellers to closing.
In 2017, Kracke Real Estate became a branch office for Keller Williams Lincoln, where Don and Jayne, his wife, are part owners. Being a part of the Keller Williams family has brought many opportunities and tools to use when listing and marketing properties, especially using the newest technology available to KW agents. This helps Kracke Real Estate to be efficient an professional when helping serve their many buyers and sellers.
Don brings a broad experience base and unique marketing concepts to the company. Offering services as a Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer since 1993, he has provided many diverse opportunities to learn what makes marketing programs and business plans successful. Don has the proven ability to build new and established businesses and bring them to their full potential. With Business Consulting experience, he incorporates business plan strategies and marketing expertise for each of his clients. Don has had experience as a managing Broker for a National Franchise Real Estate brokerage firm, owner of a Business Consulting Company, ownership, and management of 3 livestock auction markets located in Kansas and Nebraska, and a Sales Trainer plus sales and marketing for a Fortune 500 Company.
Don is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and is known for his competence in land evaluation and sale transactions. He has developed a large network of brokers, lenders and investment clients that offer information and value to his marketing projects. He is equally successful in residential, acreage and commercial property business for both buyers and sellers. You will enjoy working with the friendly and professional manner that his companies are well known for.
After working in the Association accounting world for over 15 years, Jayne obtained her real estate license in 2017 to help Don with his real estate business. Jayne now works with all residential clients, and Don stays with the farm, land, and commercial offerings. Together, they have closed over 320 units with over $76,800,000 in Gross Sales Volume since 2017.
